Shipping & Delivery Policy

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

a. You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We have our own in-house rider who will deliver your orders.

2. Delivery time

The delivery time is at least 2 working days from date of order. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at the time of the order. Though we endeavor to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. The rider will contact you once he is at your location. If we receive no response from you after 30 minutes, the items will be returned to our commissary and delivery charges will be applied once again to re-deliver your items.

3. Damaged / Defective goods

Please check all items upon turnover. Kindly report to the rider or to our office any damages or defects within 24 hours of delivery.  Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

4. Product Returns

The shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) will be borne you. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.
